Ok ok, hear me out, I know you are here for jewellery...but who doesn't love good food?
If you know me at all you are bound know about my obsession with the far east. Having lived in Hong Kong and honeymooned in Japan I absolutely love that side of the world the cultures and in particular the food. We all know Italy is renowned for amazing food and who else could you expect to combine local fresh ingredients with Japanese flavours. Stefano is the owner, chef and all round genius behing Gaijin Izayaki in Cagliari.
We had a delicious fresh lunch in the absolutely stunning trattoria luckily located very close to our little ones school, meaning we were able to enjoy the food before dashion off to collect him. I really can't pick a favourite dish from the menu. The fresh tuna sashimi, gyoza with home made mayonnaise, ramen with the best tea stained soft egg on top or fried octopus? Honestly it's worth a trip to Cagliari just to eat here!
