Please note that some styles are made to order in our Belfast studio, therefore dispatch may take up to four weeks from order placement - please check listings for estimated dispatch times or contact us directly for any questions. Some pieces can take long, but a lot are held in stock and can be sent very quickly.

We are happy to confirm we can deliver within Europe - being based in Northern Ireland ensures you shouldn't encounter any problems receiving your orders from us to Europe, however it is not guaranteed.

For all United States orders we are currently reviewing the process. We have a flat shipping rate but we may reach out to you after orders to discuss options for delibery. (We hope that we will also be able to reduce the shipping rate and/or refund part of the fee once shipped!)
Becca Calmont products are sold in Pounds Sterling on a delivery duty unpaid basis. The recipient may have to pay import duty or a formal customs entry fee prior to or on delivery. Additional taxes, fees or levies may apply according to local legislation and customers are advised to check these details themselves before placing the order. International items are often handled by more than one postal service. Delivery of the item will be the responsibility of the postal service in the country the items are going to. Delays can often be caused by customs checks, which can sometimes take up to 1-2 weeks.
Returns
We ask that all items are packaged safely and securely and are returned to us within 30 days of receipt in perfect saleable condition, in the original packaging. Items purchased during the Sale must be returned within 14 days of receiving your order.
You will need to pay the returns postage, so we recommend you use a tracked service since you are responsible for your parcel until it has been received into our warehouse. We regret we cannot accept liability for items lost in transit.
Please note - bespoke personalised orders are not eligible for return or refund.
How long do I have to return an item?
Full priced items should be returned within 30 days of receipt for a refund.
Sale items or items purchased using a promotional code should be returned within 14 days of receipt for a refund.
All pieces must be returned in a new and unworn condition and in their original, undamaged packaging.
